  2. To maintain a balanced content anchored on fundamental broadcasting ethics, and ensure commercial interest does not overlook its public responsibilities
  3. To broadcast material in a comprehensive, distinguished and communicative context, while dynamically promoting local content and development.
  4. To refrain from broadcasting any material that may promote abhorrence, or discernment against an individual or a group or class of individuals on the basis of nationality or ethnic origin, race, religion, sex, age, mental or physical abilities.
