Sun FM is a commercial Radio Station based in Ndola City of the Copperbelt Province and broadcasting on 88.5FM to the Copperbelt, with the medium of Broadcast being English. The Station is a brainchild of visionary entrepreneurs, whose passion is entrenched in broadcasting with a view to providing an effective alternative that everyone can listen to.

Sun FM has a diverse perspective to radio, anchored on professional presenters trained to suit modern trends in broadcasting. The Station maintains a balanced content that takes into account every genre of music and every form of entertainment. It also has up to the minute news and information coupled with educative and interactive programmes designed to maintain contact with every listener.

Programming

Sun FM has a programming format that has Music and Entertainment and information to a specific ratio in the daily broadcast; with three (3) Main News Bulletins every day at 07:15hrs, 12:45hrs and 18:15hrs. The Station also has Headline News on the hour every hour. Other programmes include Public Forum, Your Opinion, Business Snapshots, Health Talk, Youth forum and The Professional, among other interactive programmes.
